This course is

the first course of Beginner's Piano and it is designed for those who start learning to play the piano from the very beginning steps. You will be introduced to the names and places of the pitches, different lengths of the notes, and how to match the notes with the keys!


In This Course,


1. You will first learn the names of pitch, and the place of the pitch on the musical staff. And also, you will be told how to find the written notes on the piano.


2. After that, you will study the notes with different length, and how the groups of the notes with different length can create unique rhythms.


3. Finally, at the end of the Beginner’s Piano 101, you will be introduced to playing the piano with both of your hands!

I. The Pitch on Soprano Clef

-Name of the pitch (C-D-E-F-G-A-B-C)

-The place of the pitch on the music score (soprano clef)

-The place of the pitch on the piano (soprano clef)

-How to match the pitch on the music score with the keys on the piano

 

II. The Right Hand on Soprano Clef

-Finger-number of the right and left hand

-Matching the notes with fingers and keys

 

III. The Pitch on Bass Clef

-The place of the pitch on the music score (bass clef)

-The Place of the pitch on the piano (bass clef)

-How to match the pitch on the music score with the keys on the piano

 

IV. Playing with Two Hands In-Turn

-Reviewing the notes on soprano and bass clef

-Playing the examples with two hands in-turn


V. The Note-Value (note-length)

-Name of the notes and their length

-Playing the rhythms with one finger

-Playing the rhythms with all five fingers

 

VI. Playing with Two Hands

-Preparing for two hands by practicing one hand

-Playing with two hands - without keeping the note-value

-Playing with two hands - with keeping the note-value
